The Credentials Online System is a read only program to allow appropriate District Personnel access to review certificated employee credentials that are recorded in the County Office Credentials database. This application resides within the Financial 2000 suite of applications and provides real time educator credentialing information to member districts.

In addition to the Credentials Online System, the County Credentials data is integrated with the Personnel 2000, Payroll and CDUCS applications to provide a real time view of an employee's teacher credentials. This information is electronically delivered to the County Office of Education Credentials Office weekly via a file transfers from the Commission on Teacher Credentialing official database in Sacramento.

Consisting of easy to use Search, Summary and Detail screens, the Credentials Online System contains the Credential Title, Subjects, Supplementary Subjects, Term, Authorization Code(s), Renewal Code(s), Document Number and Expiration Date of current and past granted credentials of the district’s educators credentials registered with the COE. In preparation for CALTIDES and CALPADS, the Statewide Educator Identification Number (SEID), is also included.
