EduReports 3.0 is a web-based reporting and lookup application available within the Financial 2000 color wheel suite of applications or by accessing through the .NET Main Menu. The application allows advanced searching and reporting capabilities and drill down for detail in several formats.

Financial Transaction Report
General Ledger Report
Payroll Transaction Report
The Financial Activity Report can be ordered by selecting account information criteria and/or by Reference, Description or Vendor. The Financial Transaction Report can be ordered by selecting account information criteria and/or by GL Status, Reference, Transaction Type, Description, Entry Date, Vendor or Warrant. The General Ledger Report can be ordered by selecting account information criteria and/or Description, Reference or Vendor. The Payroll Transaction Report can be ordered by selecting account information criteria and/or Pay Calendar, Pay Calendar Cycle Type, SSN or Employee Name.
The inquiry/searching features include the use of wildcards, dropdowns and free-form filled search fields. Drill down to more detailed records is available within the reports including Employee Name and Amount on payroll records.
Inquiry selections can be either viewed on the screen or downloaded/saved into an Excel .XML or .CSV spreadsheet format or an Adobe .PDF format. Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat must be installed on the user’s computer in order to download, print or save a report.
Financial 2000 security will apply to the EduReports 3.0 application. This will allow the definitions of Security Codes and Groups that can restrict or expand viewing access. Standard available resident Security Groups are:
Financial 2000 security will also allow the establishment of Account Access Group Rules and Account Access Groups that can be attached to users to limit the budget and account information that can be viewed.
