The new Employee Leave Tracking System (ELTS) is a replacement for the legacy per-pay Employee Leave Tracking program. This application was designed to provide a more automated method of collecting employee attendance information Features of this application include:

• Integration with HR and Position Control Database (PC2000) to eliminate redundant manual entry
  
• Site Based Leave Entry screens
  
• District Defined Leave Types and Leave Banks
  
• Leave Types and Rules per Bargaining Unit
  
• Accrual Rules and Rolls per Bargaining Unit
  
• Incremental Accruals based on Service Date
  
• Date-Based System Calculations
  
• Ability to Track Outstanding Absence Affidavits
  
• Integration with Reports 2000 for Ad-Hoc and Canned Reports
  
• Catastrophic Leave Bank Tacking
  
• Integration of Bank Balances to the employee's paycheck
  
• Import Module
  
• Future Phase: Integration with the district's Sub-Calling System

This application is currently in development and testing. We anticipate this application will be ready for our pilot districts in the 08/09 year.
