Employee Self Services

The Employee Self Service Site (ESS) is a tool to provide the individual employee the ability to view/print their Warrant/EFT & W2 Information. The employee will be able to view warrant/eft information for the current year and 2 previous years until the information is purged from the system. The employee will also be able to view their W2s for the previous 5 years. As a registered user, they can change their passwords should they feel it has been compromised in some way. The information accessible through the Employee Self Service Site is completely secured behind firewalls and stored on a separate server. Other payroll information is not on the server and all SSN's are encrypted so that only the last 4 digits are displayed.

The user will log into the site using a Secured Name & Password that is controlled by the individual user. There are several authentication fields that must be completed for the user to be allowed access. These fields include Name (with exact spelling including any suffices (Jr. , Sr., etc) Social Security Number, and the Gross Salary from the employee's most recent payroll. The user must go through a series of steps for Identification Validation and must also create a User Name and Password.
