Q: Will this new program have the same functions as Fin2000? For example, EPICS, ELTS, EDUReports, etc.
A: The system will get a new name and a refreshed look while retaining its core applications and functionalities. This initial update is designed to enhance your experience without disrupting the features you are familiar with.
Q: Will we finally be able to move off of Compatibility Mode in Edge to a modern browser?
A: We are working towards making our system architecture compatible with all browsers to enhance your overall experience. While completion of this work will take a few years, we are confident that the upcoming improvements will offer greater flexibility and accessibility. In the meantime, we will continue to support Compatibility Mode to ensure smooth and reliable use of COMPASSedu.
Q: Will COMPASSedu remain exclusive to Microsoft-based operating systems, or will it be available on other platforms as well?
A: We are dedicated to updating our system architecture to support a broader range of operating systems to offer greater accessibility. This transition will take a few years to complete. For now, COMPASSedu will remain on Microsoft-based platforms to guarantee a consistent and reliable experience.
Q: Will we need to request new security?
A: No, you will not need to request new security. Your current security settings will remain unchanged during the transition.
Q: Will my staff need training on the new system?

Q: What exactly does this transition mean to me as a user?
A: The transition brings a fresh and modern experience to your daily interactions with the system.
