SUNSETTING OF THE HP - MULTIPLE ACCESS GLOBAL INFORMATION CONTROL (MAGIC) PROGRAMS ON FEBRUARY 1, 2023

The HP Multiple Access Global Information Control (MAGIC) programs will be disabled on February 1, 2023.

 

Coming February 1, 2023:

 

Compensation Analysis is the new budgeting tool that will replace the HP Salary Analysis System (SAMS) programs.

 

Benefit Integration for Budgeting

  • Compensation Analysis will retrieve Payroll Deduction Plan and employee Deductions for benefit calculations and will no longer rely on HP benefit plan, package, or attachment information for budget calculations.

  • Employee H/W Benefit Attachment (APPL: COEBUP)
  • Employee H/W Benefit Attachment Report (APPL: COEBIN)
  • H/W Benefit Package (APPL: COBPUP)
  • H/W Benefit Package Report (APPL: COBPIN)
  • H/W Benefit Plan Report (APPL: COBLIN)
  • The HP H/W Benefit Plan (APPL: COBLUP)

 

Available Today:

 

Payroll Deduction Reports

Deduction information is currently available for reporting from the Payroll application:

  • Payroll Deduction/Plan Report: deduction plan information
  • Payroll Deductions Report: deductions by employee
