CECCsystems use Microsoft standards based technology, using SQL server and WPF technologies. These systems keep data synchronized and accurate in real-time.

All systems can be used with a PC or MAC platform. Citrix technology is used for MAC operating systems.

Currently, each member maintains their own equipment. CECC provides periodic software releases with technical and end user documentation. CECC is now positioned to host systems for its members, thanks to the stability of the K-12 High Speed Network funded by the state of California.
